1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is cleared. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. For other country inquiries, please contact our customer service.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable international logistics carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.

· Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days.
· Expedited Shipping (if available): 5 to 10 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our direct control, such as customs clearance procedures, weather events, carrier delays, or local holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable promotions for free or reduced shipping will be automatically applied.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your address after placing an order.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

· International Shipments: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
· Customer Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
· Non-payment Consequences: If duties and taxes are not paid, your package may be held by customs or returned. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

· Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 25 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or refund.
· Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include a claim with the carrier.
· "Delivered" but Not Received: If the carrier shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or secure delivery locations. Then, contact your local post office or carrier depot with your tracking number. We are unable to assume liability for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
